ReCreation Adventure Ministries (RAM) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity organization and operates the website, www.recadventureministries.com. RAM treats the handling of personal data seriously. RAM will only use your data as detailed in this Privacy Policy or for its legitimate business reasons.

The website that is linked to this privacy policy is operated by RAM (“we” or “us”). We appreciate your interest in our website (our ‘site’). Your privacy protection is very important to us and we are committed to protecting you and respecting your privacy. Newsletter Privacy
We offer the opportunity for you to volunteer certain information to us that is used for email and marketing purposes. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name and email. You will have an opportunity to unsubscribe from any future communications via email, but we reserve the right to maintain a database of past email subscribers. We reserve the right to use this information as reasonably necessary in our business and as provided by law. Contact Details:
We collect contact information such as your name, your email address, your telephone number and physical addresses associated with your registration, newsletter sign-up, or donation.
Registration Information:
When you complete the registration form, health form and acknowledgement of liability, we may need to collect additional information required to process your registration including any disability you may have, dietary requirements, medications you take or additional personal information you may share (physical fitness, ability to swim, etc.).
Comments and opinions:
When you contact us directly, e.g. by email, phone, post or by completing an online form, we will record your comments and opinions including our return response back to you, if needed. We will also record comments and opinions you express when responding to surveys or taking part in any special promotions we may run.
Payment and transaction information:
We keep records of the tuition payments or donations you make to RAM and the payment method you use for the transaction. We will use payment and donation information to process the payment for any expedition you register for or donation you make to this ministry. Although we keep records of any transactions you make through the site, we do not store any financial details such as your credit card number as we use a third-party payment provider to process any payments you make through the site. Financial data is transferred to our payment processor, Stripe, and you should review their privacy policy to determine how they use, disclose and protect your financial data. Information about how you use and connect to our site:
We collect information about how you use our site such as the pages you view on our site, the time you access our site and how long you use it for, the website from where you came to our site or go to after leaving our site and any selections and choices you make when using our site.

Our ministry is about providing you with the best outdoor and spiritual experience. Most marketing messages we send will be by email but occasionally we may also contact you by post or phone.
